Volusia County Permit Over 50
A permit is required for beach weddings with more than 50 attendees (including our staff), on Volusia County Florida Beaches. We will file the permit for you, and we do not charge anything for this service. Volusia County charges $100, and we just pass that through. The permit is to be filed a minimum of 45 days prior to your beach wedding event. It required a diagram of the beach wedding setup, what decor is included, dimensions of setup etc.

The county also requires a $1,000,000 insurance policy with Volusia County named as co-insured. We also provide insurance as an option. Click here learn more.
