Permits – Insurance : When necessary (50+) in Volusia County
A permit is required for beach weddings with more than 50 attendees (including our staff), on Volusia County Florida Beaches. We will file the permit for you, and we do not charge anything for this service. Volusia County charges $100, and we just pass that through. The permit is to be filed a minimum of 45 days prior to your beach wedding event. Other areas and counties in Florida may have other requirements.
